Add 590kg of water to the reaction kettle, and add 40kg of O and 4kg of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate under stirring. After stirring and dissolving, add 120kg of butyl acrylate (distilled before industrial use), 13kg of acrylonitrile, and 9kg of 10% potassium persulfate aqueous solution. Stir for 1 hour, and slowly add 230kg of butyl acrylate, 26kg of acrylonitrile, and 30kg of 10% potassium persulfate aqueous solution when the temperature rises to 70-80 ℃. After adding, react for 2 hours at 80-90 ℃. The polymerization is completed, and the product is filtered.
This product should not come into contact with strong alkalis. Store in a cool and dry warehouse. Prevent exposure to sunlight and rain during transportation.
